Once approved, your company name, headline, press release text, featured image, website (if provided), and keywords become publicly visible on the Site's archive, indefinitely, as part of the Service you're purchasing. Your personal contact email and media contact details are used for our internal communication and are not published on the public release page unless you've included them in the release text itself.

6. Data retention

Published release content is retained indefinitely as part of the permanent archive described elsewhere on the Site. If your submission is rejected and not published, we retain the submission record for a reasonable period for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it may be deleted.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Note that deleting information tied to a published release may require unpublishing that release, consistent with our Terms of Service.

8. Children's privacy
